I.D.Required

Beardsome.

"The rose in the beard".
“The rose in the beard”.

This started off a quick doodle of rose which then lead to becoming a beard. I really like how this came out and feel it really has the feel of a natural beard. After a little bit of messing with it on Photoshop, to make it look professional. I have now Decided to now use this as my logo for my work along side I.D required.

Kali Bud.

"For real bud.. Lets get on a real note".
“For real bud.. Lets get on a real note”.

This is an illustration I made for a client to give as a birthday present. I followed a rough brief of what the client told me to do while bringing in my own style. I created this illustration by using five shades of Promarkers shading and then Posca pens to add some colour to make it stand out.

White Rabbit

"Im late, I'm late, I'm late for a very important date".
“I’m late, I’m late, I’m late for a very important date”.

This is an illustration I created for the novel  Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland which was written  1865, by English mathematician Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll.  I created this image of the White Rabbit who is one of my personal favourite characters in this novel I created this image using fine liners to draw the outline. Then using Photoshop to involve collage for the coat in a professional manner. I was inspired by the original book and other books and films. One of them you may have noticed is the from Clockwork Orange .

Cheshire Cat

"If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there".
“If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there”.

This is an illustration I created for the novel  Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland which was written  1865, by English mathematician Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll. This is the Cheshire Cat which I created with using collage on Photoshop after taking time and detail into capturing him in my own mind.

R2 Switch

"Friends come and go".
“Friends come and go”.

This illustration is inspired by Star Wars and was inspire by a friends life and his hard times. He went to the dark side. The dark side being a representation depression. This image is of of R2D2 is drawn with a fine liner, to represent how my friend became like a robot. Above R2D2 I drew Darth Vader, quickly drew with Pro markers. This is to represent the irrationality and quick thoughts to negativity. I then went over Darth Vader to show the over going and angry from over thinking. This I feel would work well to inform young adults about depression.

Killa Brain Freeze

"Ice cream, ice cream, i scream ice cream".
“Ice cream, ice cream, i scream ice cream”.

We have all had those days were you cannot wait to eat an ice cream and then the brain freeze hits! Inspired by the love of ice cream, drawn with the love of Posca pens. I feel this really shows brain freeze in a funny and relatable way.

Lightning Bear

"When the lightnings bad, its bear bad".
“When the lightnings bad, its bear bad”.

The weather was really bad one night and couldn’t sleep through the storm so decided to draw my version of it, using Pro markers and black Posca pens. I feel this piece would work well on fashion products or for a children’s book about the weather.

Owl

"Illuminarti upside down twist"
“Illuminati upside down twist”

This isn’t the original piece. Original by Hydro74 my favourite illustrator, he sketches this designs out but mainly uses Photoshop.

A one off hand drawn copy onto textured wallpaper using Posca pens.

Zach Galifianakis

"inappropriateness is funny to me. Rudeness is hilarious".
“inappropriateness is funny to me. Rudeness is hilarious”.

Portrait of Zach Galifianakis. Drawn with Posca pens and Promarkers. You may notice I paid great attention to his beard (i like beards, beards are fun) and all the wonders it has both colourful and questionable objects in, from Fruit Loops to a little cowboy figure. This is one of my favourite portrait as it shows my humour best.
